Our Team
MAEG’s founders have a combined investment experience of 50+ years and have navigated several market cycles to date. Most team members are Chartered Accountants (CA’s), Certified Financials Analysts (CFA’s), and MBA’s. All team members are home-grown and have been employed by Multi-Act group companies for 10+ years.
Prashant K. Trivedi is the Chairman of the Multi-Act Group and a co-founding Director of MAEG. He has nearly four decades of experience in global fixed income, equities, real estate and private equity. He previously worked at SG Warburg from 1983 to 1991 in Tokyo, London, and Singapore. He graduated summa cum laude in B.SC (Econ) from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is a proponent of the Austrian School of Economics, a keen traveler, and is passionate about Wildlife Conservation, especially Big Cat conservation.
Baijnath is the co-founding CEO of MAEG. He has nearly two decades of experience in global investment research and portfolio management. Before co-founding MAEG, he worked at Citibank and was at Multi-Act Trade & Investments in India. He is an ACA, a CFA Charterholder, and has an MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia. Baijnath is an avid writer and has been published on several online platforms for his articles on high-quality stocks, investment strategies, and macro-economics.
Siddhi has over 10 years of experience in investment research and global equity markets and has been with the Multi-Act Group from the beginning of her career. Siddhi is an Associate Chartered Accountant and received a B.Com from Pune University.
Abhijit is the Investment Analyst for the Global Select Value Fund and has over 15 years of experience in investment research and portfolio advisory. He has been with the Multi-Act Group from the very beginning of his career. He specializes in global deep-value, distressed debt, and asset-oriented investment opportunities. Abhijit is an Associate Chartered Accountant, a CFA Charterholder, and received a B.Com from Pune University.
Jeeth specializes in automated financial modeling and plays a key role in developing investment strategies. As a secondary role, Jeeth manages the IT infrastructure of MAEG ensuring its stability and security. He has over 15 years of experience in computer engineering, data analysis, and quantitative finance and has been with the Multi-Act Group for all of that time. He has a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Pune University.
Nisha is a Manager, Operations & Investor Relations at MAEG. She has been with the firm since 2019 and carries out several key day-to-day administration and client relations. Nisha has completed ACCA Level 1 (module Financial Statement & Financial Information Management) and currently pursuing Financial Crime Compliance Competency Program.
Françoise is a Personal Assistant and Office Administrator at MAEG’s Moka office. She has been with the Firm for more than 6 years and carries out several key day-to-day functions. Françoise is bilingual in English and French and is a formally trained personal secretary from the Orian Private Secretary Training Centre in Mauritius.
